• Interact with customers

• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

• Serve food and drink orders to the customers

• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and thank them as they leave

• Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas

• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions

• Communicate order specifics to the kitchen staff

• Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages

• Deliver checks and collect bill payments

• Clear dishes from table, clean, and reset table for the next customers

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Emptying garbages

• Cleaning all floors - vacuuming and mopping

• Cleaning bathrooms and restocking supplies

• Light dusting

• Snow removal from sidewalks
